I went through the drive-thru and was immediately told to wait. After about 10 minutes, they finally took my order and asked me to pull forward. When I got to the payment window, no one opened it for another 3 minutes before finally taking my money. Then, instead of handing me my food, they told me to park around the corner and wait. My order—just a burger, fries, and a Coke—took another 10 minutes to arrive!
What kind of service is this? It wasn’t even a large or complicated order, so why all the unnecessary waiting? The whole process was frustratingly slow.
