I’ve been attending Mark’s classes for a while now, and they’ve made a huge difference for me. As someone with a physically demanding job, his Flow Yoga sessions have really helped improve my posture and flexibility. I also love the Qigong classes—they’ve been amazing for mindfulness and relaxation.
