I visited Worcester Tyres between Christmas and New Year when most garages were closed, to have my exhaust checked. The team was incredibly helpful, providing me with details to order the necessary BMW part from eBay. Once I received the part, I booked my car in for repairs.
On the day of my appointment, I mentioned that my tyre warning light had come on that morning and that my car was also due for an MOT. To my surprise and relief, they managed to fit the MOT into their schedule that same morning!
The team kept me informed throughout the process with regular phone updates. When I picked up my car, it was fully repaired at an exceptionally reasonable price, and they had even inflated my tyres.
