I'm finally writing this long-overdue review for 1st Movers, whose excellent service has stayed with me for years. They managed a complex move with ease, transporting my belongings from a first-floor walk-up to a second-floor apartment with an elevator. They expertly handled large items like my king-sized mattress without a hitch. The team was also wonderfully communicative and accommodating when coordinating a pickup from a second location for my friend's items. I highly recommend their services and would not hesitate to book them again.
We have used 1st Movers multiple times and have always had a great experience. Sarah was a pleasure to work with—responsive, professional, and courteous. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them!
