To protect trust, there are no solicited reviews, no AI-generated replies, and a flooded reviews alert to detect suspicious activity. Proof of purchase verification ensures reviews are genuine, helping readers and business owners rely on accurate insights.

When reviewers leave feedback for a business or service, they must first select the correct review category. This helps both readers and the business owner understand the context of the review.

If a review is placed in the wrong category, it may be treated as spam and removed before it is published.

A full list of review categories is provided, but if a suitable option is not available, reviewers may suggest a new one.

  • 1.   Working for them
    Business reviews from former or current employees. You should also include start and end dates of employment at the end of this form.
  • 2.   Their services
    Services can be courses, insurance, childcare, construction, training, finance, design, public services, consulting, law, healthcare, business, research, security, IT...
  • 3.   One of Their Products (Single Product Review)
    For detailed business reviews about one product, reviewers should provide the product name, price, and purchase date. Use the next option if you are reviewing a range of products.
  • 4.   Their Products (Multiple Products Review)
    If you are reviewing several products from the same business, this category allows broader feedback without requiring individual product details.
  • 5.   Their customer service
    Business reviews about customer support should reflect experiences both before and after purchasing or using a product or service.
  • 6.   Doing business with them
    For subcontractors, suppliers, or clients, this category captures experiences of working directly with the business. Dates of engagement, at the end of this form, should be included for context
  • 7.   Other
    If none of the categories apply, you can suggest a new category to ensure your feedback is properly classified.

Reviewers can share extra details like product name, price, purchase date, store name, and duration of experience, giving readers a clearer and more reliable picture of the customer’s experience.

Unlike other reviews platforms, we don't provide forms for businesses to invite customers to review their products and services - making sure it's five-star review and a recommendation. Asking or begging customers to leave a review incentivizes positive and misleading reviews. In a way, it's like asking a customer to manufacture a response they didn't want to do. Instead, businesses should consider a soft request whether their customers are unhappy for any reason and let them know so they can remedy the issue.

AI cannot respond to Business reviews! Unlike other reviews platforms, we don't do automated, AI replies to reviews. Handling negative feedback effectively takes a lot of social nuance and contextual cues, and when businesses rely on some prompts to craft a reply, they are actually misleading their customers!
