recently ran into an issue with Coinbase while trying to withdraw funds. Despite having already completed KYC, my account suddenly required additional verification, leaving my funds temporarily stuck. I resubmitted the requested documents, but support responses were slow and lacked clarity.
The platform itself is user-friendly, but experiences like this are stressful, especially when you're unable to access your own money. I hope Coinbase improves its support and verification processes moving forward.
I am not happy with Coinbase
What made my experience with coinbase most memorable was the time and effort put forth by one of their customer service, Martin. I was surprised at the attention that was spent. He was diligent as he sought to resolve the issue.
