Gushing to sell you a bike NOT so gushing when things go wrong !!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!! Staff are so happy to sell you a bike but, don't want to know when things go wrong. Premium quality bikes lost after sales AVOID !!!!
I am not happy with Fifecycles
I’d sooner buy a bike from Del Boy than from this shop again. Rude staff, clueless mechanics, and appalling customer service. Basic manners and respect cost nothing—yet here, they’re treated like an unnecessary expense.
For a store selling premium mountain bikes, you’d expect premium aftercare. Instead, they can’t even fake interest once the sale is done. They’ll hound you to buy but vanish when you need help—zero accountability, zero professionalism.
Their staff could use a month at charm school. The disdain they show customers is staggering. Save yourself the frustration—take your money elsewhere
