For the second consecutive time, our driver failed to deliver half of our order. After the restaurant contacted him, he refused to return for the remaining items. While Grubhub provided a partial refund for the missing food, they retained the delivery fee and did not refund the entire order, despite over two-thirds of the items being absent. This is an unacceptable resolution for a failed service, and as a result, we will no longer be using Grubhub.
