I lived in Liverpool for a few years and never had any issues with this GP. The receptionists aren’t the friendliest, but the medical staff are excellent.
I’ve always been able to get an appointment when needed, though the online eConsult process can be a bit of a hassle—it’s not too complicated, but I can see how it might be difficult for those who aren’t tech-savvy. The phone lines are always busy in the morning, and I’ve never managed to book an appointment that way.
Overall, though, it’s been a good GP practice for me.
