I had an eft session with Adel a few months ago, and it was absolutely amazing. I had been carrying around huge trauma and ptsd for years, and it was contaminating and massively affecting every area of my life. It held me back from being my true self, constantly eating away at me. over the years, I tried everything: counselling, therapy, healings, self-help work—you name it, I tried it. while all the work I did definitely helped to some degree, the trauma was still there, holding me back and stopping me from fully living my life.

then i had EFT with Adel, and all I can say is wow! amazing! mind-blowing! the session was intense, but Adel made me feel completely safe. I felt held, respected, and free from any judgment. her complete understanding and empathy created a space where I could truly let go. I had never tried eft before and wasn’t sure what to expect, but this session turned out to be one of the biggest breakthroughs of my life.

After years of carrying such a heavy emotional load, I now feel lighter and in a completely different mindset and vibration. since my session, I’ve encountered four situations where, in the past, my trauma would have overtaken my thoughts and sent me into a spiral. but now? nothing. I remain calm and centered. after the first such moment, I called Adel, crying tears of gratitude and appreciation.

My mindset has changed. my trauma has finally been released. i feel so much lighter, brighter, and free. whenever I feel a little anxious, I use the tapping technique Adel taught me, and it immediately calms my mind. it’s absolutely amazing.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience has been truly life-changing, and I feel compelled to share it. For years, I was the kind of man who kept emotions locked away, stoic, self-reliant, and convinced that showing vulnerability was a sign of weakness. However, after years of suppressing my feelings and unresolved past issues, I hit rock bottom. I reached a point where I couldn't see a way forward, even though I had a loving wife and family who needed me. I was stuck in a cycle of refusing to acknowledge my emotions, convinced it would diminish me as a man.

After taking some time off work, my employer offered support and referred me to Adel. Initially, I resisted. I told myself, I can handle this on my own.
