Disappointing Customer Service and Unreasonable Refund Policy

I’ve been deeply dissatisfied with Adobe's customer service and their approach to refunds. I was recently charged for a programme I no longer use, and the refund process has been nothing but a headache. After spending over 1.5 hours in a chat with customer service, repeatedly explaining my case, I received unhelpful responses and vague explanations that seemed more like attempts to deflect than to resolve the issue.

Adobe’s rigid refund policy is incredibly frustrating, offering no flexibility or understanding of individual circumstances. Their unwillingness to accommodate reasonable requests is disappointing, especially for a company of their size and reputation.

If you're considering Adobe’s services, be aware of their poor customer support and lack of focus on customer satisfaction. This experience has left me determined to avoid their products in the future.
