The service during the first part of the process was exceptional, covering booking, packaging, and pickup from the origin point. In addition, the sales team was very cooperative, explaining everything in detail and answering all our questions.
However, coordination with the transport partner was not great. The shipment got stuck for 2–3 days in Delhi and then for 23 days in London, as the transport partner kept requesting customs fees - even though we had provided proof of customs exemption approval.
Finally, the delivery was disappointing: all 22 cartons were simply dropped off outside the house, with no care or assistance.
