One item I ordered arrived broken; I contacted them and asked for better packaging as It was a gift and I was a bit upset. They offered to refund half of its price and I keep the item. When I told them I needed to return it as it wasn't meant for myself, they agreed to refund all the price and keep the item - which I think is a generous refund.

They have a good customer service.
