Aramex seems to have quite the operation going! My parcel, which should have arrived over a week ago, is apparently on an extended vacation somewhere between Auckland and Wellington. Every time I try to get an update, I’m greeted by their ever-so-helpful AI bot, which excels at being completely unhelpful. When I do manage to speak to an actual person, it feels like they’ve just woken up and stumbled into customer service—no real answers, just endless apologies for my “inconvenience.”
Here’s a thought: instead of the sympathy, how about actually locating the parcel I paid for? This has been such a frustrating and disappointing experience.
