I previously raised concerns about their unacceptable 23-day delay in processing payouts—with no resolution. After carefully reviewing my entire trading history, I confirmed there were no policy violations on my end. Despite this, they abruptly blocked my access to their website without explanation. When I tried to seek clarification on their Discord channel, I was immediately banned there as well.
To make matters worse, I’ve sent two emails requesting updates on my pending payout (a substantial $1,488) and have received zero response. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of transparency is inexcusable.
Save yourself the frustration—there are plenty of legitimate firms out there that actually honor their commitments. Stay far away from this one.
