I have purchased the same product multiple times, but this time my payment went through while my order never arrived. I have emailed them and sent a message on their page, yet I have received no response. I am very disappointed because I truly love the product, but I will reconsider buying it again.
After receiving a reply regarding my complaint along with an apology explaining the delay, I am happy to raise my review rating from one star to three stars. I believe I should have been informed earlier about the delay in my product's delivery.
