Context: Their services / Offering courses for people on universal credit
Date of experience: Fri 27 Dec 2024
✮ ✮ ✮ ✮ ✮They arranged a meeting with a representative from Bmet in Perry Barr job centre and I went to the meeting they explained to me the course available that can lead to employment. They also explained that some courses are not guaranteed to get an interview or a job.
I decided to enrol in customer service course for Lloyd Bank, early next year.

Context: Their services / courses for the unemployed
✮ ✮ ✮ ✮ ✮Birmingham Metropolitan College is a doing great job offering opportunities to unemployed people who are on universal credit. There are many short courses that leads straightaway to jobs in the railways and customer service sectors. I heard about these courses in the job centre and hopefully I will complete a course early, next year and start working.

Context: Their services / Electronic and Control Engineering Foundation Degree
✮ ✮ ✮ ✮ ✮The college offers a fun and interactive learning experience, with students having access to a wide range of knowledge. They also provide ample parking for students. The lecturers are great, but the course organization is lacking, with room for improvement, which affects overall confidence. While a significant amount of money has been invested in the college’s appearance, it might be better spent on improving other aspects of the institution.
