I’ve been a loyal customer of Perfect Aminos for nearly a year now, and overall, I’ve been very happy with the results. That said, I recently made an honest mistake and accidentally ordered Strawberry instead of Mixed Berry. I didn’t realize the error until I’d already opened the package and taken a sip. Since Strawberry isn’t my preferred flavor, I was disappointed at first. But Jordan, a wonderfully kind and helpful staff member, truly went above and beyond to make things right—he kindly offered to replace the Strawberry with Mixed Berry and even suggested I donate the unopened Strawberry to someone who might enjoy it.
