This garage is truly outstanding. I was buying an MG from Scotland without being able to view the car in person. The salesman, Tom, went above and beyond for me. He offered to send a video, and when I asked him to focus on specific details, he did exactly that. The video was incredibly thorough, and Tom even replied to my emails outside of working hours.
I needed the car delivered, so I was ready to start negotiating but Tom came back and told me his sales manager was willing to offer free delivery for around 300 miles. Since the car was already well-priced and the customer service was superb, I paid the deposit. That high level of service continued throughout the car’s preparation and after delivery. The service team did a fantastic job, including the best valet I’ve ever seen.
I’ve bought cars from main dealerships like Porsche, Mercedes, and BMW, and Brindley MG Wolverhampton outclasses them all.
