I've been visiting this practice for the past two years since moving to the area, and I've always found the reception team to be polite and efficient. I've seen several GPs, all of whom have been thorough and attentive, never making me feel rushed.
My most recent appointment was with Dr. Bennett for a persistent respiratory infection, and he was excellent. He took my concerns seriously, asked plenty of questions, and provided multiple follow-up options. Overall, a wonderful experience!
