Customer Service & Engineer: I experienced some early hiccups with my broadband, but the support from BRSK was exceptional. Yonela S. (Customer Support) was fantastic, patient, attentive, and true to her word. Her emails were prompt and clear, and she mastered the art of listening (which I needed more than talking. Thanks for tolerating my frustration!).
The engineer, Wayne L., was an absolute legend. He took the time to diagnose the issue thoroughly, explained everything in plain English, and ensured his fixes were rock-solid. In my years dealing with broadband engineers across multiple providers, Wayne stands out as the best.
The Result: Now enjoying "Gucci-fast" speeds->total win!
Areas for Improvement:
Accessibility: Make it easier for customers to reach a real person.
App & UX/UI: Invest in a better app with smoother navigation. Don’t rely solely on a generic chatbot.
