I strongly advise against using this website due to its severely poor functionality. The interface is highly non-intuitive, making it incredibly difficult to locate information or complete tasks. The time invested yields almost zero productivity. A significant hindrance is an persistent pop-up chat widget that appears repeatedly. Despite clicking the 'X' to close it, it consistently reappears, obstructing the user experience and making the site virtually unusable.
