I am not sure how many online, local newspapers use this business directory for their search! When I create a business listing, which is easy to do, the URL always leads to 404 page; unless I verify the business listing.
Phone confirmation doesn't work and the website design and use experience look very outdated. Shame if they spend a bit of money, they can turn Central Index into a business reviews website better than Yelp and Yell.
