This company operates from outside the UK and engages in misleading booking practices to scam customers. I booked flights for six passengers, paying approximately £5,000, only to discover after payment that checked baggage was not included—a detail that was never disclosed during the booking process!
This is completely deceptive and unethical. Crucial information like baggage allowance should be clearly stated upfront, not hidden until after payment is made. Now, I’m left facing unexpected additional costs with no straightforward cancellation options.
Stay far away from this company! They are dishonest, lack transparency, and deliberately mislead customers with hidden fees!
