Excellent customer service I would give Clockprint more than five stars if I could. This was my first time having a book printed, and I knew nothing about the process. After my very first call, my stress levels dropped significantly. I spoke with a gentleman named Andy, who walked me through every detail and patiently addressed all my "what ifs" and "buts" and there were quite a few. It was such a relief to speak with the same person every time I called. Communication was flawless, and I received regular email updates at each stage of the process. If I ever write another book, I wouldn't hesitate to return to Clockprint. My books were printed and delivered within the promised timeframe, and the quality is excellent. The customer service has been second to none, and I truly appreciated every bit of it.
