I have been with this practice for about 10 years and can’t recall a single bad experience. It already feels like a second home, and I know that whenever I need help, I will be met with professionalism, kindness, and a rational approach.
Recently, I had the opportunity to meet a female doctor I hadn’t seen before. I’ve had two appointments with her, and each time, she took my concerns seriously. She is incredibly understanding, calm, and explains everything clearly while ensuring that the agreed treatment plan is followed through.
Living with bipolar disorder means that anxiety can sometimes take over, making me a more frequent visitor. Despite this, I have never been met with frustration or impatience—only care and compassion.
