I’ve been with this surgery for 17 years, and it’s absolutely brilliant. Whenever I need an appointment, I can get one within a few days with the doctor I prefer to see. The reception staff are excellent—they even call back if there’s a same-day cancellation.
As for the doctors, they’re fantastic—always taking the time to listen and providing the right advice and treatment.
A big thank you to all the doctors and staff—you’re doing an amazing job! I would highly recommend this surgery to everyone. Keep up the great work!
I contact them in the morning for an appointment and they tried to find me a time on the same day but they couldn't. The they asked me to go to The Oaks Medical Centre. The receptionist took plenty of time to find an appointment.
This is the best surgery I've been with so far.
I've been to many surgeries around the West Midlands and recently I moved to Perry Commons. I registered with them easily. They have top customer service and their nurses ask you many questions and give you much time to find what's wrong. The surgery has good parking and it's always clean.
