The experience I had with the woman administering vaccinations to my baby was deeply disappointing. She came across as extremely arrogant and seemed to lack warmth toward children, which is difficult to understand given her role. Her demeanour made it feel as though she wanted my baby to feel uncomfortable, which was very upsetting. I expected a more caring and supportive approach, and unfortunately, this was not the case.
