The receptionists at this surgery are completely and utterly rude, acting as if they own the place. I do not know if the owner only hires unpleasant staff, but the behavior is atrocious. They show no remorse or sympathy for patients. They would not like it if someone treated their own family members the same way. The only receptionist I can commend is Saima.
This is a poor excuse for a surgery, and I would not recommend anyone to sign up here. You could be elderly and dying at home, and they would still tell you to call back the next day at 9 am or after 2:30 pm for triage to book an appointment. It is absolutely ridiculous. I am surprised they are still open. I would not be surprised if someone tries to sue them or if they get investigated in the near future.
I am not someone who usually writes reviews, but my patience has run thin with this surgery. My Nan is housebound and unable to come out for her appointments, but they do not care. If they give you an appointment, they insist you attend in person. They will not send anyone to the home either, even though they claim to offer this service.
Dr Ahmed really needs to employ experienced, well mannered staff and open up appropriate appointment times for patients. I am hugely disappointed.
