Ria Davis is an incredibly patient, kind, and professional travel consultant. I needed to add a new baby to our Celebrity Cruise booking, and she handled everything seamlessly. While I was on the phone, she contacted Celebrity directly and worked through the process for me.

Although it took some time, Ria kept me updated every step of the way, explaining the status of the booking, what Celebrity had said, and the costs involved. She also checked in regularly to see if I was okay staying on the line or if I preferred a call back, showing genuine consideration for my time.

Nothing was too much trouble for her—she truly went above and beyond during our consultation. I would wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone looking to book a trip. I hope her efforts are recognized and appreciated by her manager because she truly deserves it!
