I placed an order for a sofa, a rug, and seven scatter cushions, opting for express delivery to receive all items by August 5th. However, I received an email stating the cushions would not arrive on time. Despite contacting customer service, they could not explain the delay—only that they were coordinating with the logistics team to dispatch the cushions as soon as possible and would update me once a new delivery date was confirmed.

Later, I was informed that delivery had been rescheduled for August 6th. Unfortunately, DHL then emailed me to say they had not yet received the parcel from the supplier, causing further delays. Now, DHL has notified me that they finally have the package, so I’m waiting to see if it arrives today.

While the ordering process itself was smooth and the delivered items match the website description, the customer service experience fell short of the standards promised on the website
