  For detailed business reviews about one product, reviewers should provide the product name, price, and purchase date. Use the next option if you are reviewing a range of products.

  If you are reviewing several products from the same business, this category allows broader feedback without requiring individual product details.
• 5.   Their customer service
  Business reviews about customer support should reflect experiences both before and after purchasing or using a product or service.
• 6.   Doing business with them
  For subcontractors, suppliers, or clients, this category captures experiences of working directly with the business. Dates of engagement, at the end of this form, should be included for context
• 7.   Other
  If none of the categories apply, you can suggest a new category to ensure your feedback is properly classified.
