Absolutely dreadful experience. I've held stocks with Degiro for about eight years, but after moving to the U.S., I needed to update my account details, including my phone number, to manage transactions.
For nearly three months, I’ve been unable to complete this simple update. Each time I contact their support team, I’m promised follow-up assistance, but no one ever gets back to me.
Over this period, I’ve sent more than 30 emails, none of which have received a response. The lack of communication has left me unable to access my funds, and Degiro’s complete silence on this matter is both unprofessional and unacceptable.
I am not happy with Degiro
