would strongly urge caution when ordering from this company.
My order was split into two separate shipments with no advance notice, which led to over €196 in customs charges. This could have been avoided entirely—or at least clearly communicated beforehand.
When I reached out to customer service via WhatsApp, I received a dismissive reply saying the duties would have been the same either way. That's misleading, as splitting shipments can significantly affect how customs fees are assessed and applied.
After several follow-ups, they eventually agreed to cover the customs fees for one package but only after I pushed them repeatedly.
To make things worse, one of the packages contained an entirely different item from what I had originally ordered.
While the designs on their website look appealing, the quality doesn't match the price. The fabric attracts dust and dirt far too easily, making it impractical for everyday wear.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience marked by poor communication, incorrect order fulfillment, and a lack of professionalism. I would not recommend ordering from this brand.
