Joseph put together a fantastic multi-centre holiday in Thailand for us (we haven’t travelled yet, but the planning stage has been great). He included everything I asked for and offered excellent suggestions when I needed advice.

I couldn’t book immediately, but when I was ready, my colleague Lisa stepped in—she was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions, and finalised the booking smoothly.

The only reason I’ve left off one star is because I had to follow up on one hotel confirmation, which had been left on reserve (no fault of Destination 2). I was told I’d receive confirmation the next day, but by 4 PM, I hadn’t heard anything—so I called myself, as this was the most important part of the trip for me. Thankfully, Shirley in customer service quickly resolved everything, sent over all the details, and put my mind at ease.

Overall, based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend this company and use them again in the future. Every staff member I dealt with—Joseph, Lisa, and Shirley—was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

On top of the great service, we also got a really good price for our holiday, which is always important! Now, we’re just looking forward to what I’m sure will be a wonderful trip.
