In September, I was seen by a GP who accurately diagnosed me with a relatively rare autoimmune disease and promptly referred me for the necessary tests and specialist care. Thanks to their expertise and professionalism, I am now receiving the treatment I need, which will hopefully prevent any long-term complications.
