Someone found my lost card and drained my account, so I had it frozen. After getting paid, I ordered a new card and went through multiple identity verification steps—including AI license verification and even faxing notarized documents. Despite proving my identity in every possible way, they still denied my access.
Because of this, I’m missing important bill payments, including my phone bill, which means I could lose my number—something I rely on for everything important. Instead of helping, their customer service made things worse. One representative even threatened to hang up on me, which only added to my frustration.
If someone steals your money, don’t expect this bank to help. Once they freeze your account, good luck ever accessing your funds again—their verification process is an absolute nightmare. I’ve had to contact them repeatedly over the past few days, and it’s gotten me nowhere.
To make matters worse, they require a paid notary service for verification—but how am I supposed to pay for one when all my money is locked in their bank? Their system makes no sense, and there were plenty of other ways they could have confirmed my identity.
DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. As soon as I regain access to my money, I’m withdrawing everything and closing my account permanently. And based on how this is going, I highly doubt I’ll even get reimbursed for the fraud on my account.
Thanks for the unnecessary stress and making my life way more difficult. I’m beyond frustrated.
