First Time Booking with Discover Cars
This was my first time booking with Discover Cars, and I encountered some issues with their suppliers at Istanbul Airport. The rental company Essence Car Rental was not present at the location, and my reservation had been transferred to another company called Hdy Everyday.
In my experience, their suppliers were dishonest and seemed intent on taking advantage of a foreign customer. Fortunately, Discover Cars customer service representative named Kate was very helpful. She provided a gesture of goodwill by refunding most of my prepayment for this problematic reservation.
