My parcel was scheduled for Sunday mid-day delivery. I was home all morning, with a working phone and doorbell, yet received a "we missed you" email without any delivery attempt. This is highly inconvenient as I now have to wait until Monday. Please explain this failure and confirm tomorrow's delivery will be successful.
