Exceptional service from Dave. He dedicated considerable time to trying to fix my laptop's update issue, and while it was unfixable, he communicated clearly throughout. He then promptly sourced and supplied me with a great replacement laptop at a fair price. Highly recommended and I will definitely use his services again. Thanks, Dave!
