This has been the most frustrating experience I’ve ever encountered. My mobile number and internet service were disconnected because I attempted to pay the bill through the app, which wasn’t functioning properly. Although I was promised that the service would be restored within three hours, I ended up waiting six days.

I repeatedly contacted customer service, but they were unable to help and kept telling me to wait for the complaints team to call me back—which never happened. In the end, I had no choice but to switch my service to Etisalat.
