Once again, I’ve received excellent service from this practice. There was a delay with my prescription, and I was at risk of running out. The prescription clerk was incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain how she would work to resolve the issue. She promptly arranged for the prescription to be reviewed, and it was ready for me to collect from the pharmacy on my way home from work. The problem was resolved quickly and with such kindness—I truly appreciated it.
