Mike was incredibly attentive in addressing my concerns and reviewing the details of my communication with EDF. He clearly explained why the payment was marked as unpaid and reassured me that there was no need to worry about my credit rating or the possibility of being placed on a pay-as-you-go meter. Kieran from Team 4E is an absolute star! A fantastic ambassador for EDF, he was responsive, helpful, and incredibly informative, going well beyond the call of duty. I’m thoroughly impressed.

What started as a simple call about adjusting my payment amount—which I declined—turned into Kieran sorting out my new smart meters (something I’d been waiting on for ages) and resolving an issue with energy credits from my solar panels that had been pending for 15 months.

Throughout, he was friendly, professional, and proactive in every response. If there’s an Employee of the Month award, Kieran surely deserves it. He definitely gets my vote! Well done, Kieran, for being such a brilliant communicator and problem-solver.

When our Smart meter failed, leaving us without a gas supply, I contacted the EDF helpline. The call was promptly answered within a few minutes by Dawn, who was highly efficient and arranged an emergency appointment for us.

Thankfully, the issue was resolved within just three hours, and everything is now back to normal, including our heating and hot water. Excellent service!

Nigel was outstanding. He listened attentively and immediately understood my concern about the increase in my monthly payments, despite having more than enough in reserves to cover any required payments. He promptly took action to reverse the increase, which truly made my day. Thank you, Nigel, for your swift and effective response!
