Awful customer service and delivery experience.
I ordered a dress with urgent delivery, paying extra to ensure it arrived by December 23rd, as I needed it for December 29th. Despite this, the dress only arrived on December 30th—too late to be of any use. I contacted them to return it (I didn't even open the package), but they refuse to issue a refund and only offer store credit.
This is unacceptable. The dress was delivered late and didn’t meet the agreed timeframe—refunds should be standard in such cases. Their contact person was unprofessional and irresponsible, making the whole process even more frustrating.
Elagia is nothing more than a pretty website with no real substance or accountability. Very disappointing!
