You're an event scheduling app—finding an event should be straightforward. Yet, every time I click on an event link, it doesn't take me directly to the event, forcing me to search for it within the app. For the fees you charge, the functionality should be far better.

On top of that, there's no customer service—no help chat, no way to contact support. If you're going to create an event app, at least make it user-friendly. It’s basic common sense.

I would never use this app to schedule my own event, and I dread when others do because it’s frustrating and inconvenient.

And to make matters worse, you add excessive fees while offering poor functionality and no support. You need to do much, much better.
