Terrible Service from Evri – Avoid at All Costs!

I received an email confirming my parcel was ready for collection at a local ParcelShop. Despite visiting twice on different days, the parcel was never there.

Contacting customer service was a nightmare—I was stuck in a loop with a useless chatbot that promised a follow-up email within 24 hours. Of course, no one ever responded.

Even the ParcelShop staff admitted this happens constantly with Evri and suggested I file a complaint.

This company is a complete mess—unreliable, unprofessional, and beyond frustrating. Steer clear if you value your time and sanity!

This has been an utterly frustrating delivery experience.

I received a notification claiming my parcel couldn’t be delivered, accompanied by a photo and map pin of an address that wasn’t mine. Shockingly, it was left with a seriously ill neighbour—something that has caused her distress before.

Despite following all their instructions—downloading their faulty app, providing GPS coordinates, describing my yellow door, and specifying a safe delivery space—they still failed. Their customer service appears to be AI-driven, offering no real help as my issue wasn’t even on their dropdown menu.

Now my parcel is lost, yet I’m expected to replace the order myself. The complete lack of accountability is unacceptable. I feel completely let down.

Evri consistently provides an outstanding service in every aspect. Customers are always treated with respect, and I’m genuinely impressed with the level of service they deliver. I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism. Thank you!

I was thoroughly impressed with the courier who delivered my M&S parcel on Tuesday, 31st December. Despite the package not being properly sealed by M&S, the courier ensured all items stayed secure and intact. The service was excellent and professional throughout. This courier is an absolute credit to the company—I can't fault him. Absolutely BRILLIANT!

The company is performing well, and we’re pleased with your service. Our only concern is that the delivery personnel sometimes leave parcels near the entrance door, even when they have access to place them closer to the receiver's door inside the building. They also threw my new phone thru the letter post.

Since we’re often at work, this raises worries about whether our parcels will remain safe or risk being taken by someone.
