From the moment the package left the U.S., it’s been a cycle of incompetence, misinformation, delays, and zero accountability. It got stuck in customs—understandable, but FedEx has done nothing to resolve the issue. Their responses are either vague, copy-pasted, or outright lies. The sender was told, “It’s fine, just needs pickup,” yet my local FedEx claims ignorance or blames customs without offering solutions. Days later, my package is still in limbo.
FedEx advertises “fast international delivery” and “smooth customs handling.” What a joke. They’ve been the opposite—slow, unreliable, and utterly unhelpful. Every agent gives a different excuse, transfers me endlessly, and in the end, nobody knows anything. They hide behind “procedures” while doing nothing.
The worst part? The item is already cleared. The sender confirmed all paperwork was submitted correctly. Yet FedEx refuses to deliver it—or even let me pick it up. What kind of broken system holds a package hostage after clearance?
The lack of transparency, sheer incompetence, and complete disregard for customers is infuriating. I’ve shipped with DHL and UPS—never had an ordeal like this. FedEx makes even the worst postal services look professional.
To anyone considering FedEx for international shipping: DON’T. Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and frustration—especially for valuable or time-sensitive items. FedEx is an overpriced, inefficient, customer-hostile corporation that can’t be trusted with anything important.
I’ll make sure nobody I know uses FedEx again. They’ve proven they don’t care about accountability, urgency, or customer service. Pathetic.
