I had an excellent training session with Lance this week. This was my 5th refresher course, and my colleague’s 4th, with Lance since we completed our original full courses (mine dates all the way back to 2010!). I’m incredibly pleased with the service he’s provided—he’s trained all our first aiders since 2011. There’s always something new to learn, and Lance consistently challenges us to think about the bigger picture in every scenario. I feel fully prepared for the next few years as a first aider.
