Possibly the most unhelpful and useless GP practice I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been calling relentlessly for weeks, simply trying to arrange a telephone appointment for a sick note required by my employer. Each time, I’m met with the same response: “Nothing available.” It’s frustrating beyond belief—this isn’t a complex request; it’s just a sick note and a quick phone call.
The level of inefficiency is staggering. It feels like the reception staff are programmed to repeat the same line without actually trying to help. I can’t help but wonder if the response would be different if one of their family members needed an appointment.
The whole experience has been nothing short of an abomination.
