I was without gas for just over a week while repairs were being done on the gas line. Once the work was finished, I was told to call and have it reconnected. I contacted FKH so they could do their part, but nearly a week later I only received an email saying the issue was resolved and the gas was reconnected. When I got home, there was still no gas. Frustrated, I called FKH again, and that’s when Richard stepped in. He was kind, polite, and immediately resubmitted the request, marking it as URGENT so it would be handled right away. Thank you, Richard, for your help.
24+ Hours Without AC in 105° Arizona Heat – Unacceptable Service
My air conditioning has been broken for over 24 hours in extreme summer heat, with indoor temperatures reaching 91°F – an unsafe environment for my newborn and dog. Despite repeated calls, customer service representatives were unable to provide timelines, compensation details, or direct contacts, only advising me to "wait for a callback" from the local office.
While my initial representative, Rowena, was exceptionally kind and helpful (thank you!), my most recent interaction was with an agent who was rude, dismissive, and abruptly ended the call without resolution.
Update: A new representative has now taken full responsibility and is dispatching a technician urgently. While I appreciate this resolution, the prior communication failures and lack of empathy during a health-critical situation were deeply disappointing
